Supervision

I am an experienced supervisor and provide supervision to a range of professionals, including trainee educational psychologists, teachers, school staff, SENCOs, and other psychologists. I am on the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS) with The British Psychological Society, and my supervision practice is grounded in ethical, reflective, and evidence-informed approaches that promote professional growth and confidence.

I aim to create a collaborative and supportive supervisory relationship, offering constructive feedback and a safe space for reflection and development. Drawing on a range of supervision models and psychological theories, I tailor my approach to the needs, experience, and goals of each supervisee. I am committed to inclusive practice and value diversity, ensuring that supervision recognises and celebrates individual strengths and professional identities. Sessions can be provided either remotely or face to face.
